English translation
The law shall organize the courts of their various types and degrees and specify their functions and jurisdictions. Except under martial law, the jurisdiction of military courts shall be limited to military offences committed by members of the armed forces and security forces, within the limits prescribed by law.

يرتب القانون المحاكم على اختلاف أنواعها ودرجاتها، ويبين وظائفها واختصاصاتها،
ويقتصر اختصاص المحاكم العسكرية، في غير حالة الحكم العرفي، على الجرائم
العسكرية التي تقع من أفراد القوات المسلحة وقوات الأمن، وذلك في الحدود
