English translation
Dwellings are inviolable; they may not be entered without the permission of their occupants, except in the circumstances specified by law and in the manner prescribed therein.

للمساكن حرمة ، فلا يجوز دخولها بغير إذن أهلها ، إلا في الأحوال التي يعينها القانون
