Article 67 of Juveniles Law

Newspapers, publications and visual, audio and electronic media are prohibited from publishing information about juvenile cases that includes the names or photographs of the accused, whether before or during trial or after judgment has been rendered against them. Publication of the proceedings of the investigation or trial in juvenile cases, or a summary of what took place in either, is also prohibited. A summary of the judgment may be published without reference to the juvenile’s name, surname or photograph. The person responsible for publication, radio transmission or broadcasting shall, for violating the prohibition set out in this Article, be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not exceeding five thousand dinars.
