English translation
A decision shall be issued by the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour selecting probation officers and determining the conditions they must meet. Before commencing his work, the probation officer shall swear an oath before the Juvenile Court to perform the duties of his position faithfully and truthfully.

يصدر باختيار مراقبي السلوك وتحديد الشروط الواجب توافرها فيهم قرار من
وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل.
ويحلف مراقب السلوك قبل مزاولة عمله يمينا أمام محكمة الأحداث بأن
