English translation
If the wife's remaining with her husband in one house entails hardship and difficulty or moral or religious harm to her, such that cohabiting with him in the house leads her to commit a prohibited act, she is not obliged to cohabit with him, and he shall maintain her while she is in her family's house or elsewhere.

إذا استلزم بقاء الزوجة مع زوجها في بيت واحد، الحرج والعسر أو الضرر عليها
أخلاقيا أو دينياً، بحيث يؤدي مساكنتها له في البيت إلى وقوعها في المحرم، فلا يجب
عليها مساكنته، وعليه أن ينفق عليها وهي في بيت أهلها أو في غيره.Ask about this article
