English translation
The wife may refuse to move to the matrimonial home if the husband cannot be trusted with her safety, and she shall not be considered disobedient. The dower shall not be forfeited by reason of the wife’s disobedience.

للزوجة الامتناع عن الانتقال إلى مسكن الزوجية إذا كان الزوج غير أمين عليها ولا
تعتبر ناشزا.
