English translation
Whoever marries an employed woman, knowing this when contracting marriage with her, shall not be entitled to demand that she leave her employment, even if it conflicts with his right. If he demands this of her, she is not obliged to comply with him, shall not thereby be considered disobedient, and his obligation to maintain her shall not lapse.

من تزوج امرأة موظفة وهو عالم بذلك حين عقد زواجه عليها فليس له أن يطالبها
بترك وظيفتها حتى لو كانت مزاحمة لحقه ولو طالبها بذلك لا يجب عليها إجابته
