If marital disobedience occurs on the part of both spouses, and estrangement and discord arise between the two parties, the judge shall appoint two arbitrators, one on the husband's side and one on the wife's side, to effect reconciliation and remove the discord by such reunion or separation as they consider appropriate, with her permission.

إذا وقع نشوز من الزوجين ومنافرة وشقاق بين الطرفين بعث القاضي حكمين حكما
من جانب الزوج وحكما من جانب الزوجة للإصلاح ورفع الشقاق بما يرياه صالحا
