English translation
Any separation between the husband and wife that the two arbitrators consider appropriate shall not take effect unless the two arbitrators stipulated to them, when they were dispatched, that they may, if they wish, reconcile them, and, if they wish, separate them with or without compensation.

ما يراه الحكمان من التفريق بين الزوج والزوجة غير نافذ إلا إذا شرط الحكمان عليهما
