English translation
The marriage contract shall be annulled for defects in the woman only if it is established that they existed before the contract. As for those arising thereafter, they shall be of no consequence, whether before or after intercourse.

إنما يفسخ العقد بعيوب المرأة إذا تبين وجودها قبل العقد، وأما ما يتجدد بعده فلا
