English translation
Valid divorce is of two types: First: Irrevocable divorce, whereby the divorced woman leaves the husband's marital bond and he has no right to take her back, whether or not she has a waiting period. Second: Revocable divorce, whereby the divorced woman remains within the husband's marital bond and he has the right to take her back during the waiting period, whether or not he takes her back.

الطلاق الصحيح قسمان:
الأول : البائن وهو الذي تخرج به المطلقة عن عصمة الزوج، وليس له الرجوع
إليها، سواء أكانت لها عدة أم لا .
الثاني : الرجعي وهو الذي تبقي فيه المطلقة في عصمة الزوج، ويكون له الرجوع
