English translation
The divorce formula must be in Arabic when it is possible to use it; its equivalent in other languages shall not effect divorce. However, where there is inability to pronounce it and it is not possible to appoint an agent, it may be in a language other than Arabic.

يعتبر في صيغة الطلاق أن تكون بالعربية مع التمكن منها، فلا يقع ما يرادفهـا مـن
اللغات الأخرى أما مع العجز عن النطق بها وعدم إمكان التوكيل فيجوز بغير
