If the husband is absent from his wife while she is menstruating and divorces her after the passage of a period in which he knows that her menstrual period has ended, the divorce shall be valid. Fourth: Attestation by Witnesses

إذا غاب الزوج عن زوجته وهي في حال حيضها، فطلقها بعد مضي مدة يعلم فيها
بانتهاء عادتها صح الطلاق.
