English translation
The divorce formula must be pronounced in the presence of two upright male witnesses gathered in a single session. The divorce is not valid if the two witnesses are morally corrupt, nor is it valid if they are women, whether they are alone or joined by a man.

يجب إيقاع صيغة الطلاق بحضور شاهدین عدلين ذكرين مجتمعين في مجلس واحد،
فلا يصح الطلاق لو كان الشاهدان فاسقين، ولا يصح لو كانـا مـن النساء سواء
