Article 180 of Jaafari Personal Status Law

Revocation of divorce is: returning a divorced woman to her former husband during her waiting period if her divorce was revocable. There is no revocation in an irrevocable divorce, as with a woman divorced before consummation and a menopausal woman, except by a new contract. There is no revocation in a khulʿ divorce unless the divorced woman retracts the consideration during her waiting period, and there is no revocation in a revocable divorce after the waiting period has expired.
