A revocably divorced woman has the status of a wife as long as she is in the waiting period, and the effects of marriage attach to her, including maintenance, mutual inheritance between them, the husband's entry upon her without her permission, and the prohibition on expelling her from his home unless she commits manifest indecency.

المطلقة الرجعية بمنزلة الزوجة ما دامت في العدة، وتترتب عليها آثار الزوجية،
من النفقة والتوارث بينهما، ودخول الزوج عليها بدون إذنها، وحرمة إخراجها
