Khulʿ is subject to two conditions: a The wife must have an aversion to her husband without the husband having an aversion to her. 2 The wife must offer her husband compensation in exchange for her divorce from him.

ا أن تكون الزوجة كارهة لزوجها دون أن يكون الزوج كارها لها.
