The waiting period of a pregnant divorced woman ends upon childbirth, whether the period is long or short, provided that her pregnancy is Law Index 1212 Home Page Ja'fari Personal Status Law Law No. 124 of 2019 Promulgating the Ja'fari Personal Status Law attributable under Sharia to her husband in respect of whom the waiting period is observed.
