English translation
A non-pregnant wife whose husband has died shall observe a waiting period of four months and ten days, whether menopausal or not, Muslim or non-Muslim, whether the marriage has been consummated or not, and whether the husband was sane or insane.

يجب على الزوجة غير الحامل التي توفى زوجها أن تعتد أربعة أشهر وعشرة أيام
يائسا كانت أم غير يائس مسلمة كانت أو غير مسلمة مدخولا بها أم غير مدخول
