English translation
Each of the two persons marrying must be sane, of sound judgment, and have attained puberty. If they are not so, their marriage shall not be valid, unless their compulsory guardian, such as the father or paternal grandfather, marries her, or the testamentary guardian appointed over them by the compulsory guardian, or the judge, marries her, where there is a benefit for them.

يعتبر في المتزوجين أن يكون كل منهما عاقلاً رشيداً بالغاً، فلو لم يكونا كذلك لم
يصح زواجهما، إلا إذا زوجها وليهما الجبري كالأب والجد للأب، أو زوجها الوصي
