English translation
If he bequeaths that something from his property be given to his child's children who were not born at the time of the will or at the testator's death, then, if they exist at the time of giving, it shall be given to them; otherwise, it shall be an inheritance for the testator's heirs.

لو أوصى بإعطاء شيء من ماله لأولاد ولده الذين لم يولدوا حال الوصية ولا حين
