English translation
A bequest transferring ownership to a foetus is valid provided that it exists at the time of the bequest, even if the soul has not entered it. If it is born alive, it shall own the bequeathed property upon acceptance by its guardian; otherwise, the bequest shall be void and the property shall revert to the testator's heirs.
