English translation
If his multiple bequests have an order and precedence and succession in their mention, such that he mentioned the second after completing the first bequest and the third after completing the second bequest, and the total exceeds one-third and the heirs do not approve, effect shall be given to the first and then the next until one-third of the estate is exhausted, and the remaining bequests shall be cancelled.

لو كان بين وصاياه المتعددة ترتيب وتقدم وتأخير في الذكـر فـأن ذكر الثانية بعد
تمام الوصية الأولى والثالثة بعد تمام الوصية الثانية وكان المجموع أكثر من الثلث
ولم يجز الورثة، يبدأ بالأول فالأول إلى أن يستنفذ الثلث من التركة، ويلغي الباقي
