If he bequeaths that his third be spent for his benefit on acts of obedience and devotion, the third shall remain his property. If anything from the estate perishes, the loss shall be apportioned between him and the remaining heirs, and if any increase accrues, he shall have one-third of it. Chapter Five: The Legatee

إذا أوصى بصرف ثلثه في مصلحته من طاعات وقربات يكون الثلث باقيا على ملكه
فإن تلف من التركة شيء كان التلف موزعا عليه وعلى بقية الورثة وإن حصل النماء
