English translation
If an owner, during his death illness, gives some of his property as a gift and bequeaths another part, then dies, both shall take effect if the one-third is sufficient for both. The same shall apply if it is insufficient for both but the heirs ratify them. If they do not ratify them, both shall be taken out of the one-third, beginning first with the immediately effective disposition; if anything remains, it shall be applied to what he bequeathed.
