English translation
Illness connected with death is confined to the illness that leads to death. Thus, if the person dies not because of that illness but for another reason, such as killing or the like, this shall not prevent dispositions taking immediate effect from being effective against the principal of the estate.

بسبب ذلك المرض بل بسبب آخر من قتل ونحو ذلك لم يمنع من نفوذ المنجزات
