English translation
Where a sick person's illness continues until his death, the validity and effectiveness of his dispositions based on preferential treatment and gratuitousness, or in a similar manner, such as an endowment, charity, gift and the like that entails a reduction in his property, referred to as the sick person's immediately effective dispositions, shall, if they exceed one-third, depend on the heirs' ratification.

المريض إذا اتصل مرضه بموته تتوقف صحة ونفوذ تصرفاته المبنية على المحاباة
والمجانية أو على نحو منها كالوقف والصدقة والهبة ونحو ذلك مما يستوجب نقصا
