If the endowment is completed without the condition, mentioning it after creation shall be of no effect, because, upon completion of the creation of the endowment, the endowed property has passed out of the endower's ownership, and the endower has become a stranger to it and has no right to impose conditions or undertake any disposition in respect of it.
