Article 426 of Jaafari Personal Status Law

A sole son is entitled to the deceased's entire estate by kinship, and a sole daughter is entitled to his entire estate, one-half as a prescribed share and the remainder by return. Two or more sons alone are entitled to the entire estate by kinship, divided equally among them.
