English translation
a. If both parents inherit together with one daughter, and the deceased has no siblings meeting the aforementioned conditions for exclusion, the property shall be divided into five shares: each parent shall receive one share by prescribed entitlement and return, and the daughter shall receive three shares by prescribed entitlement and return. b. If the deceased has siblings meeting the conditions for exclusion, the mother shall receive only one-sixth, and the remainder shall be divided between the daughter and the father into quarters by prescribed entitlement and return: one share for the father and three shares for the daughter.

أ إذا اجتمع الأبوان مع بنت واحدة فإن لم يكن للميت أخوة تتوفر فيهم شروط
الحجب المتقدمة قسم المال خمسة أسهم، فلكل من الأبوين سهم واحد فرضا وردا
وللبنت ثلاثة أسهم فرضا وردا.
ب إذا كان للميت أخوة تجتمع فيهم شروط الحجب يكون للأم السدس فقط
