English translation
If either parent inherits together with either spouse and a single daughter, the husband shall receive one-quarter and the wife one-eighth. The remainder shall be divided into quarters: one-quarter to either parent by prescribed share and return, and the remainder to the daughter by prescribed share and return.

إذا اجتمع أحد الأبوين مع أحد الزوجين ومعهما البنت الواحدة كان للزوج الربع
وللزوجة الثمن، ويقسم الباقي أرباعا ربع لأحد الأبوين فرضا وردا والباقي للبنت
