English translation
If either parent is present together with the wife, and with them there is one son or more than one son, or sons and daughters, the wife shall receive one-eighth, the parent one-sixth, and the remainder shall go to the others. Where they differ in sex, the male shall receive a share equal to that of two females.

إذا اجتمع أحد الأبوين مع الزوجة وكان معهما ابن واحد أو متعدد أو أبناء وبنات
كان للزوجة الثمن ولأحد الأبوين السدس والباقي للبقية، ومع الاختلاف فللذكر
