English translation
If either parent concurs with the husband, and with them there is one son, several sons, or sons and daughters, the husband shall receive one quarter, either parent one sixth, and the remainder shall go to the rest. Where their sexes differ, the male shall receive the share of two females.

إذا اجتمع أحد الأبوين مع الزوج وكان معهما ابن واحد أو متعدد أو أبناء وبنات
كان للزوج الربع ولأحد الأبوين السدس، والباقي للبقية، ومع الاختلاف فللذكر
