English translation
If both parents and one daughter inherit together with the wife, she shall have one eighth, and if the deceased had siblings meeting the conditions for exclusion, the mother shall have only one sixth, and they shall exclude her from the return of the residue. The remainder shall be divided between the father and the daughter into quarters, one quarter for the father and three quarters for the daughter.
