If both parents and a single daughter are present together with the wife, she shall receive one-eighth and the parents two-sixths, and the remainder shall be divided into fifths, with each parent receiving one share by prescribed share and return, and the daughter three shares by prescribed share and return.

إذا اجتمع الأبوان والبنت الواحدة مع الزوجة فلها الثمن وللأبوين السدسان
ويقسم الباقي أخماسا يكون لكل من الأبوين سهم واحد فرضا وردا وثلاثة أسهم
