If the deceased has children of a daughter and children of a son, the daughter's children shall receive one-third, their mother's share, divided among them with the male receiving the share of two females. The son's children shall receive two-thirds, their father's share, divided among them with the male receiving the share of two females.

لو كان للميت أولاد بنت وأولاد ابن كان لأولاد البنت الثلث نصيب أمهم يقسم
بينهم للذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين، ولأولاد الابن الثلثان نصيب أبيهم يقسم بيهم
