English translation
If the deceased has no relative of the second class other than his full brother, that brother shall inherit the entire estate by kinship. If there are several, it shall be divided equally among them. A sole full sister shall receive the entire estate, inheriting half as a prescribed share and the other half by return through kinship.

إذا لم يكن للميت قريب من الطبقة الثانية غير أخيه لأبويه ورث المال كله بالقرابة،
ومع التعدد ينقسم بينهم بالسوية، وللأخت المنفردة من الأبوين المال كله، ترث
