English translation
A paternal half-brother or half-sister shall not inherit in the presence of a full brother and full sister. In their absence, the paternal half-brother, whether one or more, shall receive the entire estate by kinship; a single sister shall receive one-half as a prescribed share and the other half by kinship; and multiple sisters shall receive the entire estate, inheriting two-thirds as a prescribed share and the remainder by return through kinship.

لا يرث الأخ أو الأخت للأب مع وجود الأخ والأخت للأبوين، ومع فقدهم فللأخ
من الأب واحدا كان أو متعددا تمام المال بالقرابة، وللأخت الواحدة النصف بالفرض
والنصف الآخر بالقرابة، وللأخوات المتعددات تمام المال يرثن ثلثيه بالفرض
