A sole maternal brother and a sole maternal sister shall receive the entire estate, inheriting one-sixth as a prescribed share and the remainder by return on account of kinship. Two or more maternal siblings, whether males, females, or males and females, shall receive the entire estate, inheriting one-third as a prescribed share and the remainder by return on account of kinship.
