English translation
If siblings include some related through both parents and some through the mother, and those related through the mother are more than one, they shall have one third, divided equally among them, whether males or females, or males and females. The remainder shall go to those related through both parents, whether one or more. If they are of the same sex, it shall be divided equally; if they differ in sex, it shall be divided so that a male receives the share of two females.

إذا اجتمع الأخوة بعضهم من الأبوين وبعضهم من الأم فإن كان الذي من الأم
متعددا كان لهم الثلث يقسم بينهم بالسوية ذكورا كانوا أو إناثا، أو ذكورا وإناثا،
والباقي لمن كان من الأبوين واحدا كان أو متعددا، ومع اتفاقهم في الذكورة والأنوثة
