English translation
If the deceased has no full siblings and has siblings some of whom are related through the father only and some through the mother only, and the relative through the father is a single female, her inheritance shall be what exceeds the share of the relative through the mother, part by prescribed share and part by return through kinship.

من الأم فقط وكان المتقرب بالأب أنثى واحدة يكون ميراثها ما زاد على سهم
