English translation
In all cases where the inheriting relatives are confined to siblings, whether they are full siblings, paternal half-siblings or maternal half-siblings, or some are full siblings, some paternal half-siblings and some maternal half-siblings, if the deceased has a husband, he shall receive one half, and if the deceased has a wife, she shall receive one quarter.
