English translation
If the deceased has no relative of the second class other than a paternal or maternal grandfather or grandmother, that person shall receive the entire estate. If a grandfather and grandmother coexist, then, if they are paternal, the estate shall be theirs, divided between them with the male receiving twice the female's share; and if they are maternal, the estate shall likewise be theirs, but divided equally between them. In what has been stated, there is no distinction between a nearer and a more remote grandfather.
