English translation
If the deceased has no relative of the second class other than a grandfather or grandmother, and grandparents concur, some maternal and some paternal, the maternal grandfather shall receive one third—even if only one—and the paternal grandfather two thirds. In the foregoing, no distinction is made between the nearer and the more remote grandfather.

إذا لم يكن للميت قريب من الطبقة الثانية غير جد أو جدة واجتمع الأجداد بعضهم
للأم وبعضهم للأب كان للجد للأم الثلث - وإن كان واحداً - وللجـد للأب الثلثان، ولا
