English translation
If the deceased has no full siblings and has siblings some of whom are paternal only and some maternal only, then, if there is one maternal sibling, that sibling shall have one sixth; if there are several, they shall have one third divided equally among them. The remainder in excess of the sixth or third shall be for the paternal siblings, divided among them with the male receiving the share of two females where they differ in being male and female; where they do not differ in these respects, it shall be divided equally among them.

إذا لم يوجد للميت أخوة من الأبوين وكان له أخوة بعضهم من الأب فقط وبعضهم
من الأم فقط فإذا كان الأخ من الأم واحدا كان له السدس، وإذا كان متعددا كان لهم
الثلث يقسم بينهم بالسوية، والباقي الزائد على السدس أو الثلث يكون للإخوة
من الأب يقسم بينهم للذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين مع اختلافهم في الذكورة والأنوثة،
