English translation
If the engagement is terminated and there is no blood relationship between them, return of the gifts themselves, their equivalents or their value may be claimed in the following cases: 1- If the gifts had not been disposed of before termination. 2- If the gifts were non-consumable and were destroyed through negligence.

إذا تم فسخ الخطوبة ولم يكن بينهما رحم، يجوز المطالبة بعين أو مثل أو قيمة
الهدايا في الحالات الآتية:
١-إذا لم يكن قد تصرف في الهدايا قبل الفسخ.
