Article 504 of Jaafari Personal Status Law

The husband inherits from everything left by the wife, movable and otherwise, land and otherwise. The wife inherits from the movables left by the husband and from what is fixed to the land, including buildings, trees, machinery, and the like. As for her inheritance from land in kind, in value, or in usufruct, such as the lease of real property, the opinion of the wife's religious authority is intended. Final Provisions
