English translation
A - The Public Prosecution shall be deemed represented in the action once it submits a memorandum stating its opinion therein, and its attendance shall not be required unless the court considers it necessary. B - In all cases, attendance of the Public Prosecution shall not be required when judgment is pronounced.

أ - تعتبر النيابة العامة ممثلة في الدعوى متى قدمت مذكرة برأيها فيها، ولا يتعين
حضورها إلا إذا رأت المحكمة ذلك.
