English translation
In all cases in which the law provides for the intervention of the Public Prosecution, the court registry must notify the Public Prosecution in writing immediately upon registration of the action. If, during the hearing of the action, a matter arises in which the Public Prosecution intervenes, notification thereof shall be pursuant to an order of the court.

في جميع الأحوال التي ينص فيها القانون على تدخل النيابة العامة، يجب على قلم
كتاب المحكمة إبلاغ النيابة العامة كتابة بمجرد قيد الدعوى.
وإذا عرضت أثناء نظر الدعوى مسألة مما تتدخل فيها النيابة العامة فيكون تبليغها
