English translation
A condition may be stipulated in the marriage contract if the condition is valid, and it must be fulfilled. If it is not fulfilled, the person in whose favour it was stipulated may bring the matter before the judge to compel the person bound by the condition to fulfil it. For the validity of the condition, the following shall be considered:

يجوز الشرط في عقد الزواج إذا كان الشرط صحيحاً ويجب الوفاء به، فإن لم يـف بـه
كان المشروط له أن يرفع أمره للقاضي لإلزام المشروط عليه بالوفاء.
